Ark Advisory wants arkaiadvisory.com to work for everyone who visits it, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.
The standard we build to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the whole site.
What we have done
- Every page was tested with automated accessibility checks (axe-core) at phone and desktop widths in September 2026, with no violations found
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a link that skips straight to the main content
- Text colors were checked for contrast against the backgrounds they sit on
- Animation respects the reduced motion setting on your device, and content stays visible if scripts fail to load
- Decorative images and drawn figures are hidden from screen readers, and meaningful images carry a text alternative
- Frequently asked questions use native disclosure elements, so they open with a keyboard and without JavaScript
Known limitations
Some labels on the site use small uppercase type. Browser zoom works across the whole site, so text can be enlarged without the layout breaking.
