AI voice and chat agentsthat hand a person the context.
An agent that picks up the phone or the chat window, answers the questions it can, qualifies the inquiry against your criteria and books the meeting. When a conversation needs a person, it transfers with a summary, so nobody starts from zero.

Where it breaks
The call you missedwent to the next number on the list.
Inquiries arrive when your team is busy, at lunch or asleep. A voicemail left at eight in the evening is often a lost lead by morning, because the caller has already tried the next business on the list.
Most chatbots do not fix this. They answer from a script, collect an email address and leave the real question for later. The caller still waits, and the transcript sits in a tool nobody checks.
An agent is worth running when it can do the job a good receptionist does: answer from your actual information, ask the qualifying questions, book the slot, and pass anything unusual to a person with the context attached.
What gets built
Line by line,in accounts you own.
Each item is a line on the written scope. Take the ones the operation needs and leave the rest.
Knowledge from your own material
The agent answers from your services, pricing rules, hours and policies, and says so when it does not know rather than guessing.
Qualification against your criteria
The questions your best salesperson asks, in the order they ask them, with the answers written to the CRM record.
Booking
Live calendar availability, confirmation by text or email, and reminders before the meeting.
Escalation to a person
Rules for when to transfer, a warm handoff during business hours, and a callback task with a summary after hours.
CRM summaries
Every call and chat summarized into the contact record: who called, what they need, what was agreed and what happens next.
Testing before go-live
Scripted test calls against real scenarios, edge cases and difficult callers before a customer hears it, then a review of live calls in the first weeks.
How it runs
From the first callto a running system.
Days 1 to 2
Script from real conversations
We listen to how your team handles inquiries today and write the agent's flow, questions and escalation rules from that.
Days 3 to 5
Build and connect
The voice or chat agent configured, connected to the calendar and CRM, and given your knowledge base.
Days 5 to 7
Test, then go live
Test calls and chats run against the edge cases, fixes made, then the agent goes live on your number or site.
Weekly
Review the calls
Transcripts read, misunderstandings fixed, and the knowledge base updated as new questions come in.
Fit
Who this suits, and who it does not.
A good fit
- You miss calls or chats outside business hours
- The first conversation is mostly the same qualifying questions
- Meetings or appointments are how your business makes money
- You want every inquiry logged in the CRM, not a separate tool
Probably not a fit
- Every call needs a licensed professional's judgment from the first sentence
- You want the agent to pretend to be a person
- There is nobody to take the escalations it passes on
Frequently asked
Questions buyers askbefore the first call.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes, if they ask, and at the start of the call wherever the law or your policy requires it. We do not build agents that pretend to be people.
What happens when the agent cannot answer?
It says so, takes the details, and either transfers the call to a person or creates a callback task with a summary. The escalation rules are agreed with you before launch.
Does it work with our phone number and CRM?
In most cases, yes. The agent can answer on your existing number through call forwarding or on a new one, and it writes to the CRM and calendar you already use. We confirm the specific connections during the assessment.
Is it a voice agent, a chatbot or both?
Either, or both sharing one knowledge base. Voice suits businesses where inquiries come by phone, chat suits websites with steady traffic, and the qualifying logic and the CRM record are the same for both.

01
Where the hours actually go
A short walk through the steps somebody repeats every week, and what each one costs you in time.
02
What AI can hold, and what it cannot
An honest split. Some of this work should be automated, some should be fixed by changing the process, and some should be left alone.
03
A build order with rough numbers
The opportunities ranked by return, with an estimate of hours saved and what each build takes to stand up.
