Who we are

Ark Advisory is an AI systems and sales operations consultancy based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ark Advisory. You can reach us at info@arkadvisory.com or 305-513-1948.

What we collect

Information you give us. The forms on this site are not connected yet, so nothing typed into them is sent or stored. When you email or phone us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, work email, company, phone number and what you need.

Technical information. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. It is used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy before we do, and explain what is collected and how to opt out.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange any call you ask for
• To prepare and deliver work you engage us to do
• To keep the business records that accounting and the law require
• To keep the site secure and working

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting and email, and only as far as they need to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept while they are useful for following up, and deleted sooner if you ask. Records tied to an engagement are kept for as long as the law or our contract requires.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@arkadvisory.com. If you receive an email from us you do not want, reply and say so and we will stop. We offer these choices to everyone, wherever you live, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise that it is.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here.
